Learning & Development Coordinator

Role Summary

You will enable the Learning & Development (L&D) team to deliver by providing professional and effective administrative support. You will focus on providing great learning experiences for our people and the business.

Role Accountabilities

  • General L&D Administration – Act as the point of contact for business queries, including monitoring the learning inbox and responding to emails in a timely manner.

  • Learning Activity – Coordination of all learning activities, including internal and external training courses, the annual L&D calendar and booking rooms/external venues for L&D events.

  • Communication – Support with the promotion and communication of L&D programmes and initiatives, assisting with the design of solutions that will drive engagement.

  • Onboarding Day – Own the organisation of the bimonthly onboarding day for new joiners.

  • Learning Management System – Administer all aspects of the Learning Management System (LMS). Support the L&D Partner with the design of bespoke e-Learning modules. Manage annual essential learning, working closely with the L&D Partner and Compliance.

  • Learning Evaluation – Collect and analyse feedback from trainers, participants and stakeholders to identify areas of improvement. Implement changes and enhancements based on feedback and results.

  • Data – Produce insightful data and consistent metrics for L&D programmes and initiatives.

  • Stakeholder Management – Engage with and manage suppliers on a day-to-day basis. Work with Finance to ensure invoices are being paid in a timely manner.

  • Performance Management – Assist with the coordination and monitoring of the performance management system.

  • Professional Qualifications – Manage the process for professional qualifications, ensuring all queries are responded to, all employees sign a sponsorship agreement form, and details are kept up to date.

  • Any additional duties as assigned.

Role Requirements

  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience (preferred)

  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and desire to continuously improve ways of working.

  • Proactive approach, able to take initiative and manage multiple activities/projects simultaneously.

  • Strong communication skills across a variety of media.

  • Confident in speaking up and sharing views.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills that build productive relationships with stakeholders within the business.

  • High computer literacy and intermediate use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Ability to analyse data and present results in a clear and concise manner.

  • Role model a willingness to learn and adapt with the needs of the L&D team and business.

  • Be a Team Player within the L&D and HR teams.
