Senior Marketing Executive

Role Summary

As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the effective formulation, implementation and management of marketing strategy for several brands within Aventum Group. The role is a key position managing internal stakeholder relationships with the head of each group business, understanding the needs and pain points of a specific target audience and aligning the strengths of each brand to deliver successful outcomes and business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the business divisions to determine business objectives and strategy for delivering product and distribution marketing communications plans

  • With the business seek out and exploit opportunities which support business growth and development through marketing channels

  • Manage content plans, liaising with the team on content requirements and priorities

  • Measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

  • Identify trends and insights, and optimise performance based on the insights

  • Create awareness of and develop group brands

  • Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships

  • Work closely with the creative team to design marketing campaign materials

  • Proofread marketing copy for marketing campaigns

  • Assist with the organisation of and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions

  • Manage the strategy, publishing and reporting of brand social media accounts.

  • Liaise with designers and printers and organise photo shoots.

  • Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials

  • Maintain and update customer databases

  • Conduct market research, for example, using surveys and focus groups

  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external

  • Assist with the development of and management of an internal communications framework

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficient in marketing content management and comms strategy

  • Understanding of Adobe applications, Microsoft Office applications, CMS functionality

  • Flexible in managing multiple projects, deadlines and budgets

  • Relationship-building skills to maintain positive working relations between the team and other internal stakeholders

  • Excellent organisational skills
