Our journey as a Group started way back in 1996, but it is in the last decade, with our launch into the specialty lines wholesale (re)insurance sector within both broking and underwriting, that our growth has really accelerated.

Today our (re)insurance broking business Consilium and underwriting MGA Rokstone collectively control over $1.5bn of gross written premium – representing an annual increase of almost 250% 

Most remarkable is that, unlike some of our peers in the market, this growth has been achieved entirely organically. As a fully independent broking and underwriting Group, our success is determined entirely by the service we provide to our clients and the security we deliver to our capacity providers capital investment. Our accessibility, efficiency, and attention to detail have earned us the trust of our broking and risk carrier partners, which has facilitated our rapid expansion in the last few years especially. 

We are still on our growth journey and recruiting more and more talented individuals by the week to help support our growing list of partners and portfolios. Our headcount now stands at over 400 across the globe and this number will keep increasing as we identify new areas of the market where we believe that our Group can add value.
