Prestigious Placement on Sunday Times Best Places to Work List 2024
We are proud to announce that Aventum Group has been recognised as one of the top workplaces in the country, securing a coveted spot on the Sunday Times Best Places to Work list.
This accolade is a testament to our commitment to creating and maintaining a working environment where employees can thrive knowing their satisfaction and happiness is a priority of the business.
How Are Results Calculated?
The Sunday Times Best Places to Work list is the result of analysis conducted by WorkL, a leading authority on employee experience. Their research, which encompassed over 70,000 organisations, revealed a strong correlation between employee happiness and business success.
According to Lord Mark Price, founder of WorkL, happier employees also equate to a lower staff turnover. He said,
“We can demonstrate conclusively that companies with higher scores around happiness have higher commercial performance, greater productivity and greater profitability.”
To determine the rankings, the survey used 26 carefully crafted questions from WorkL’s employee engagement survey. Developed by a team of behavioural scientists, data analysts, psychologists and business leaders, the comprehensive survey delved into different aspects of workplace culture.
Questions were divided into six groups, including:
Rewards and recognition
Instilling pride
Information sharing
Empowerment
Wellbeing
Job satisfaction
At Aventum Group, we understand the importance of creating an environment where our employees feel valued, supported and empowered to thrive. Chief People Officer at Aventum, Neil Milner said,
“We extend our gratitude to everyone, across Aventum Group, for their contributions and commitment to making Aventum a truly exceptional place to work as we continue to strive for excellence and build a brighter future for the business.”
This recognition reaffirms our ongoing efforts to prioritise the wellbeing and happiness of our team. It also serves as a testament to the dedication of the hard work of every individual within the Group and we are delighted with the results.
